Batman vs Superman- Jefferson City, MO

Here's a little Throwback Thursday for you guys.  Last month we took part in Capital 8's movie premiere party for Batman vs Superman.  It was such a fun time, and the costumes were awesome.  Just take a look at the Batman cosplay-- it's the best I've seen!  

Be sure to share, tag, and keep your eyes open for the upcoming post for Capital 8's premiere of Captain America: Civil War.  *Spoiler alert* R.E.A.L. Alyssa - Columbia, Missouri

We recently worked with Alyssa on another session.  This time we were in Columbia, Missouri.  Neither of us know the area very well, but we managed to find some good locations on a whim.  Alyssa was adventurous enough to settle down in some tall grass, and even sported some cut out heels despite the rather frigid temperatures.  It was so cold we even stopped for some hot chocolate in between locations.  We also went to Senior Day at her high school in New Bloomfield, Missouri for a few before game shots.  Alyssa really is a sweet girl, and we're glad she has let us work with her for a second go around.  We look forward to more sessions with her in the future!  Here are some of the photos from the day:

Deadpool Movie Premiere-Jefferson City, Missouri

Amanda and I had the pleasure of photographing the Deadpool movie premiere on Thursday.  This event was hosted by Goodrich Capital 8 theaters and DoDeca Events.  This will be the first of many movie premieres that R.E.A.L. photography will be a part of throughout the year. For those of you that don't know, I'm a huge marvel fan and was very pleased with how the movie turned out.  If you haven't seen it yet, you're missing out!  Below you will find an equal mixture of our photos from the evening. Alyssa - Jefferson City, Missouri

This was my first time meeting Alyssa, and while she didn't speak much throughout the session, she sure did say a lot.  There are very few individuals that I've worked with that have the ability to shine in the way that Alyssa does.  Several times I kept thinking, this girl belongs in Hollywood!  It was freezing outside, yet she wasn't afraid to wear her pretty dress in Missouri's unkind January wind.  She also was not afraid to get a little mud on her shoes, which earns some real points in my book.  What great spirit she had bearing with us on our first photo shoot as R.E.A.L. Photography.  Amanda did the set up, and I was behind the lens.  All of these were taken using an outdated Canon EOS 450D.  Thanks for looking.
